Imagine yourself lost in the middle of a huge corn field without any idea of where you are or how to get out and no idea of who or what may be lurking behind the next row of corn. There is only one question you have to ask yourself... are you afraid of the dark??? Oakhaven's Flash Light Fright is a great alternative to traditional haunted houses while still generating plenty of anxiety as guests try to navigate their way through our corn maze aided only by flashlights. If you think it is hard to find your way around in the day time, you haven't seen anything until you try it at night! After battling their way through the corn, guests will then be able to warm themselves by our nightly bonfire... complete with marshmallows and s'mores of course. For only $10, this should definitely be a stop on your haunted house tour this October!!! Oh... and don't forget to bring your flashlight! (Flashlights will be available for rental) Groups are encouraged to make a reservation so we know you are coming and can plan accordingly.
If you do enjoy a good old fashioned scare then we have that covered for you too! Creepy Hollow is an all-new interactive haunted hay ride that is sure to send your heart racing. There is actually a real cemetary on the property with over 60 graves dating back to the mid 1800's and this trip takes you right through the heart of the old homeplace where these spirits still rule the night. There have been numerous sightings of these early pioneers and many of them are not too happy to be disturbed.
Admission for this attraction is only $5.00 per person and 100% of the proceeds go to help support the youth ministry at Freedom Baptist Church in Reidsville, NC. Between the Flash Light Fright and Creepy Hollow, you wont find a better thrill for the money in any of the surrounding areas so make plans to add Oakhaven to your haunted house travel tour this October!!!
